Service-level objectives
- Availability: 99.5% per calendar month for the API and the web app.
- Guide generation: 95% of guides complete within 90 seconds (p95 < 90 s).
- Backups: encrypted daily backups, recovery point objective 24 hours, recovery time objective 4 hours.
These are internal objectives, not a contractual guarantee beyond the terms of service. Wallet-empty events, dead-letter jobs, stale backups, payment failures and email bounces alert the operator automatically.
